Maintenance

A valid Maintenance agreement with Inmagic provides you with technical support* and all pertinent product upgrades, ensuring that you are using the most up-to-date versions of your Inmagic products at no additional cost beyond the Maintenance agreement. Notification of the availability of upgrades is by email.  Most releases are by downloading from Inmagic's web site.

*Limited prepaid telephone support is included with maintenance. This support comes directly from Inmagic Inc. With the purchase of DB/TextWorks 1-user, it is limited to a total of 2 incidents. With the purchase of DB/TextWorks 5-user, it is limited to a total of 6 incidents. With the purchase of DB/Text WebPublisher PRO, it is limited to a total of 9 incidents. Support expires at the end of the 12th month after the month of purchase of the maintenance agreement. You may buy an additional 3-pack of incidents. Any additional incidents purchased will expire at the same time as your regular maintenance contract. Incidents will not be capped in terms of time spent by Inmagic's support group.
