| Inmagic Online Support Inmagic provides online support for its products through a customer forum, where product users can share ideas, and through a support knowledge database, where Inmagic's product support team records information about various products. The customer extranet is the portal for these services as well as for product downloads, service packs, product documentation, frequently asked questions, and a script library.
In addition, Crew-Noble Information Services provides Inmagic support with training, database consulting, and web hosting services. We also maintain our own database of support: Inmagic has developed an extensive Product Support Knowledgebase, a continually growing resource of information about Inmagic products. You can search it by keyword, product name, and/or the ID number of articles in the textbase. The knowledgebase uses DB/Text WebPublisherPRO and the Inmagic Query Choices Browser. (When you click on the knowledgebase hyperlink above, you will move to Inmagic's Web site. To return to the Crew-Noble Information Services web site, simply close the Web browser window.)
